assuming that tcs are also compensated for the land they left in the south, then there would be some more land available (for sure less, but nevertheless, it will increase "supply")

My dear aren’t you just in a possition to understand why Countries are not for sale?
Do you think it would be very difficult for Turkey to assign some of her all powerful unions to purchase those lands at any price?
