Because they are 2 differnet companies. AFAIK, cablenet uses Netway, but i think they will be changing that, after the recent change of ownership

Primetel is its own ISP. Cablenet are competitors!

CableNet has been sold to J&P(WaveSpeed) for 3.5 million CYP. they are rebuilding their service!
Primetel got his own internet feed! Fiber connection to London. total speed about 200MBit. Soon will be expanded to 300MBit

WOW!!! That's a lot of money!!

But what i don't undersatnd is what J&P has to do with WaveSpeed. I know that Cablenet is using Netway's ISP services who have a 155Mbit link to London

Well as I know Netway's ISP services goes half through Otenet and half through Primetel.

LogosNet,SpiderNet,Netway,WaveSpeed, companies are covered by PrimeTel

You know wrong root.
Netway, is operating a primary link , an STM-1 to london (155mbps) on its own, and a secondary fail-over link , DS3 (45Mbps) again to London, and again on its own. You can use any Netway connection to do a traceroute and verify this. Netway , does not purcase capacity from noone that u mentioned. I already said that I dont speak on anonymity. I've already stated that I am affilliated with Netway (co-owner) and these are the facts.
The only affiliation Netway has with Primetel is our peering, for their customers to reach our servers faster and vice versa.
