How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

You are determined and committed to being absorbed by Turkey , and hiding behind the so called " TRNC" is merely your personal resting post until Turkey absorbs the part of Cyprus that she created by mere force. You do not give a damn about the real Cypriots , the natives of this land , not the Greeks or the Turks but us the Cypriots , well you will not succeed neither will Turkey because the International Community and Europe , but most importantly the Cypriot people will insist on a solution that unites our island for the benefit of all Cypriots. Your isolationist ambitions will come to an end when reality is staring at you.

miltiades you are still roaming the skies on a high. Hasn't the last 46 years taught you anything? the 2 communities do not want to come together and build a joint future as they have displayed time and time again the last miserable effort being the Annan plan. I respect your view about me but that's a personal evaluation what you have to deal with is that I represent a good 50% of the TC population which has lost its desire for unification, this is being reconfirmed everyday by your sides negative and counter productive actions and declarations. Of course this works both ways and there are many GCs that do not want reunification for many differing reasons. Your dream can only be realized if the majority want a solution which you are far from and people like me are realists and believe in the second best alternative which is agreeing the division today based on land return for recognition, then both sides can continue without the GCs having to share the GC state state as it exists today and we do not have to fear being absorbed and dominated by the numerically larger GC population.

It is precisely because of mentalities such as yours that the current situation exists.
You have the audacious approach in putting forward as the legitimate government of our island the occupied part of Cyprus where you amaze me at your total and utter contempt for the Internationally accepted legitimate Cypriot government. You may as well tell us that the earth is square.
Can you not get in your head that unless we all face realities our island will be divided for ever with the constant threat of conflict ? You put forward the "TRNC " as the legal nation , have you got a passport issued by the "TRNC" that can be accepted the world over , or currency that you can negotiate any where. We will not get any where by being stubbornly stupid , you are a Cypriot and so iam too. Our island is crying out for a solution our people want it and our future generations demand it. If the leadership of Turkey who dictate the policy persist in encouraging the likes of you to hold blatantly non conformist views to the generally accepted standards of nationhood then you may just be living in a fool's paradise. The T/C deserve their island just as the G/Cs do , and if the educated amongst us are influencing the continuation of division and the proclamation of a nation within a nation then unification will be that harder to come .
Are you real or you a Turkish propaganda machine. I kicked the motherland nonsense many moons ago and embraced the identity of my forefathers , its time you do so too.

All this from a man that said he would be willing to die to protect my human rights. One mans opinion is another mans propaganda, wonderful. There are many faces to the Greek propaganda machine and as we are taking the gloves off as far as opinions go, then I say that you are one of those faces. You are the face of osmosis. You promote the “Cypriot” as if it were a holy entity that we should all become but do not even dare to think what the actual cost is to the TC. We are not a Muslim minority and we do not wish to be. If we were then we would be fighting our corner from quite a different angle but as it stands we have a border, we have a government and we have backing. What you and a lot of people fail to understand is that it is impossible to take this away from us by just offering us the title of “Cypriot”. What is that? It is the equivalent of offering a bar of chocolate for a nation. We can’t even eat it the way and time we want to. You put restrictions even in your offer. We have gotten used to looking after our selves my friend. We no longer eat chocolate.

Zan , which of the following did you have in mind when you said "You are the face of osmosis "

transfer of a solvent from a diluted solution to a concentrated solution through a membrane; reverse osmosis: separation process with transfer in the opposite direction

The process by which one component of a solution passes through a membrane to dilute the solution.

passage of a solvent, such as water, from the dilute side to the concentrated side of a membrane, filter, or other semipermeable border. Without added pressure, a solution divided in this way will undergo osmosis, in order to equalize the concentration of the two sides

The chemical process in which water is attracted to an area with a higher salt content.

process of absorption or diffusion of liquids in and out of a cell membrane

Perhaps you would care to enlighten me.

As for your comments regarding "“Cypriot”. What is that? "" Let me tell you that the definition of Cypriot is one who was born in Cyprus , who considers himself a Cypriot and has no preconceived notions as who the real motherland is . You share the view of VP , You are a partitionist , not a Cypriot but a Turk , and just like the Greeks , the Turks are also foreigners in our Island. Like or not Cyprus is a universally accepted nation of Cypriots with part of the island under foreign occupation. You and the likes of you , hopefully in the minority, are eagerly awaiting the day that Turkey will absorb you . You will have a long wait , in the meantime let me re iterate what I have said on at least 1000 times. The T/Cs are my compatriots , my Cypriot brothers and sisters , just as much as the G/Cs are. I'm a proud and liberated Cypriot and do not have to turn round for either Greece or Turkey .

I prefer; The concentration of a substance that is left in order that the water content evaporates slowly until there is nothing left but the concentrate. Any contamination present in the concentrate has no effect on the overall process.

For me the term “Cypriot” is any thing he wants to be. You assume too much when you say I want to be swallowed up by Turkey. I am a partitionist but one that wants an independent TRNC in which the Turkish Cypriot can control his own destiny. Of course to you that is propaganda because it does not agree with you. Then I suggest you take an ant-acid tablet and wait until the discomfort disappears.

What you know and love is the stolen GC properties in the so called "trnc". You had the same administrative structure in the enclaves but you didn’t like it. This proves what you really love..

For once I can agree with Viewpoint. We need a united country, one government that is sovereign in defense of our individual rights and our representative, in our county's international affairs.

This will not happen as things are today, in my opinion because Cypriots have taken the view that they cannot do it themselves. Denktash and Makarios came up with the word bi-zonal, and it does not mean two zones. Bi-communal does not mean two seperate communities either.

How do you agree with Viewpoint "for once"? Did you ask him and he told you he wants the same thing as you? VP wants a confederation man, the united country he wants is just to get a steping stone towards international recognition of the pseudo. He even thinks "trnc" will exist after a solution and take up responsibilities and pay compensations in cooperation with Turkey so that they buy our country legally. And then what? Find some excuses for their glorious dream of eventual TAKSIM.

NB.Please write sensible English.We don’t understand poetry.

Go give your bar of chocolates to Turkey say "thank you for saving us" and then surely they will give you an independent "trnc" in which the Tcs can control their own destiny.

I am so glad that you are amused to the point that you look like the village idiot.

You seem to think that your past its sell by date piece of poisoned chocolate is going to tempt us more than the Turkish delight flavoured one. Our fight with independence from Turkey will begin when we have got you out of the way and not before. Your obvious tainted view of what we can achieve has no baring on what we think of our selves and it never will do. You are like a jealous step father that is hell bent destroying our self confidence in order to boost your decrepit and corrupt self esteem. I hope you are still laughing when it does happen. I would hate to think of you as a miserable and depressed soul wondering the streets trying to work out what happened. After all we are all Cypriots together.

Zan , you are as you say a partitionist . End of the matter . Cyprus can survive and will survive as it has for thousands of years as one Island . You surprise me no end as to your intransigent stand and your commitment to the breakdown of the Cypriot identity and replacement by a foreign one. I will not respond to further posts from you , it is of course your prerogative to want partition of our land but it is also the prerogative of the vast majority of Cypriots to want a united Cyprus.

Your kidding yourself in thinking that your goals are achievable either now or in the future . All of Cyprus belongs to the Cypriots , if you too were a Cypriot then it would belong to you too , clearly you are not.

this will have to be the most ludicrous quote this year. tell me who is going to supply you your 4 pensions?

the only authority in the north is the so called embassy and the genaral for ffs.

and yes we so jealous we also want to be governed by the barbarians

yes give it a few more years and you will be begging for an annan plan in the north between you and the turks  don't they already outnumber you? how does it feel to be a minority in your so called country?

and then we will see how much you will like turkish delight.

well it was a nice dream but unfortunately for you the alarm has already gone off and its time to wake up.

I am a partitionist but one that wants an independent TRNC in which the Turkish Cypriot can control his own destiny.

can I use the above in my next comedy sketch?

Goodbye and thank you again for your undying support of my right to express my self.
I have only my self to blame for not looking at the small print before signing on. I missed your obvious limitations for your support. I still support your right to want reunification though and think it equally impossible as you do of mine.
I hope you don’t mind that sometimes I will respond to your posts any way and I accept the fact that I will be talking at you rather than to you. I also hope that the people of this forum see that when people like you that use freedom of speech to their own ends are not all that they seem.
