Do you find WAP useful? Even GPRS is too slow for most websites and there are not many WAP specific sites :( I think for internet you need a 3G to surf the web on your mobile at decent speeds!

Not if you have 3G...384kbps and up to 2MBps in phase 2 (HSDPA) already active in some countries is twice as fast as my DSL. About the price well I pay 30 pounds amonth and have unlimited 3G or GPRS access depending on the coverage... about the same price of a 1Mbit DSL line only I can use it wherever I go... is not that bad is it?

Strahd. do you use the 3G with a Notebook or directly on your mobile. I think mobile screens are too small to surf the web!

I connect my phone with bluetooth on my notebook and use it as a 3G modem.
