How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

How soon the violence against those that choose not to take his advice will be is what is worrying the couple.

I have a couple of questions on the above. I havent gone to General chat yet and you might think that I am stupid to ask but did the couple say they are scared?

But, I am more interested to know more if you would elaborate on the first part about Kifeas if you do not mind. Did you see that on the forum because I would like to read more about it or did someone you know in real life say it to you? It sounds out of line if it happened that way and I want to know. Thanks!

Watch out because you may also receive such a surprise visit in the middle of a moonless windy night!

Then why are you worrying of being accused of anything? As far as I see it, your views cannot be compared with those of that scum we were talking about earlier. You are an honest person that sees the injustices on both sides and believes in a fair solution that will reunited your country in a peaceful way. That scum we were talking about is a thief, a vagabond, a looter, an usurper and a supporter of other people's violation of their human rights. That scum is an immoral outlaw sub-human that deserves to die like a dog, and has absolutely no relationship with you and your ideas. He came from the UK in order to create trouble and prevent peace and a just solution of this country's problem, and that is why he promotes the “ideas” he does! He works against the interests of the ordinary Cypriot people, and wants to lead us to fight each other for his own immoral objectives!

Perhaps these are the reasons as to why I have not returned back to Cyprus, since 1964. If I go to the Northern part, I would be accused of all the things what Kifeas has written above. If I go to the Southern part, I will be accused by those living in the Northern part, as a traitor or a "Greek lover". What the hell I'm I suppose to do, if I wanted to visit my island, one of these days.?? Who's permission will I need, to go where ever I wanted to go, and see my island.

Perhaps I should wait another 42 years. How does year 2048 sound to you all.!!

Hi Kikapu,

I thnk it would probably be worth your while to visit Cyprus, perhaps just for a holiday. In my experience you don't actually need anyone's permission to go anywhere and if you do (e.g. at the border) these days no-one is going to deny you right of access provided you have a valid passport, in whichever direction you travel. I have now been to the north for no reason other than to see what it is like and did not experience any fallout from my fellow GCs. Similarly I had no problems in the north either.

Kikapu, just visit the country and dont let anyone know who and why you are there.
I know for a fact that I want to visit the North next time I am in Cyprus. When I left the borders weren't open and I want to see what is on the other side. I said this before and I was called a traitor. But if wanting to visit the north side of my country makes me one, I will have to live with it.

These 2 are a good example of why we will never agree on anything and are the reason why we should never reunite, it would be the end of the line for us they harbour the venom of vengeance and getting back at us. You can easily work out which side is aggressive and why all our concerns about safety are 101% warranted. Can you imagine what it would be like if the Turkish troops were not here, we would be personally attacked by people like this you would report it get ignored by GC police and told to take our complaint to EU and fight for your rights. No thanks.

Viewpoint, I believe that since one of the people you are accusing IS a moderator, you are barking up the wrong tree. I think this one is on Admin. So you might want to lay off Lana a little bit.

Perhaps we can go together, to both sides. We can act as a protectorate to each other.!!
