of what crime do you judge me guilty ?
is it deciding to live on the North Coast of Cyprus among an hospitable and friendly people ?
or is it opposing your biased and unforgiving politics ?

.

You are guilty of the crime to support and propagandise the perpetuation, consolidation and even legalisation of the usurping of the GC's historical homeland since the ancient times, and the usurping and destruction of their thousands of year’s old cultural and religious heritage.

You are guilty of the crime to support and propagandise the continuation and perpetuation of the ethnic cleansing of more than 1/3 of the indigenous GC population from their places of origin.

You are guilty of the crime to support, promote and propagandise the continuation and perpetuation of the violation of all of the GC community’s historical, cultural, existential and human rights, that are associated with the occupied northern part of their country.

You are guilty of the crime to trespass, usurp, loot and destroy properties belonging to the ethnically cleansed from the north GCs, and to invite others to do the same.

You are an enemy of the GC community, you are an enemy of the people of Cyprus, you are an enemy of peace and reconciliation, you are an enemy of legality, you are an enemy of justice, you are an enemy of morality, you are an enemy of human rights, and you are an enemy of humanity and civilisation in general. You are a legitimate target of all sorts! Any action against you is legitimate!

Perhaps these are the reasons as to why I have not returned back to Cyprus, since 1964. If I go to the Northern part, I would be accused of all the things what Kifeas has written above. If I go to the Southern part, I will be accused by those living in the Northern part, as a traitor or a "Greek lover". What the hell I'm I suppose to do, if I wanted to visit my island, one of these days.?? Who's permission will I need, to go where ever I wanted to go, and see my island.

Perhaps I should wait another 42 years. How does year 2048 sound to you all.!!

You can all interpret paps speech, inside out, upsidedown, backtofront, it doesn't make any difference. The situation in cyprus is still unchanged.

However, i would, like to comment on his comments on the failings of the international community to solve this issue.

1. The international community (UK,Greece,Turkey) fail to ensure cyprus independence when they should have done. I know there were reasons, but it was their duty.

2. Turkeys failure to comply with umpteen resolutions by the yes UN (Useless Nations in my book) and the failure of the USA,UK,and all the other so called UN members to ensure that Turkey did comply.

After all when Iraq apparently didn't comply with res. 1441 what did the USA and UK do ? Correct, they bombed the shit out of it. What happened in Yugoslavia when apparently milisovich didn't comply, they bombed the shit out of it.

So yes, papadopoulos is correct to say failure of the international community.

This so called community sucks, it picks and chooses what it wants to do, international law i am sad to say is bollocks and is only used as an excuse by the bigger, stronger countries to do as they please.

I am not talking about the rights and wrongs of the GCs and TCs conflicts of the past, that has been covered extensively by many others, my point here is cyprus has been sadly let down by this so called International community, i do real wonder why the hell we even bother. For me (and i am talking about what i feel) after 32 years like we have been i couldn't care if it stayed for another 132 years. I am sick to the teeth with all this political bullshit, tiptoeing on eggshells, don't upset him, or her etc etc.

I have always beleived thay no one is above the law, but sadly i have realised this is just rubbish. The law is bent by those who have the power to bend it and sadly again, cyprus is at the bottom of the pile.

Well said pap, the UN has failed cyprus, big time.

Kikapu, this is nonsense! Did you hear me accuse any TC for all or any of the above, just and only because he lives in the north! If you did, then please tell me when? On the other hand, if you do identify with any of the above for which I accuse Bakala, then you are also quality of the same thing! Tell me, do you? Do you claim the "right" to steal GC properties and destroy them by building villas and selling them to foreigners? Do you claim the "right" to want the country to be permanently partitioned so that you solidify the usurping of the GC's homeland and properties, and to perpetuate enjoyment of the spoils of the 1974 illegal invasion and illegal occupation? Do you?

i bought my villa and land on the 20th July this year. i have been off the boards since May this year, this means that i couldn't possibly have told anyone what sort of land or villa i bought . i have only been back online for 2 weeks. so any assumption that i have ex Greek Cypriot land is pure speculation on the part of you and your mate Kifeas.
As a matter of fact it doesn't bother me too much what sort of land is for sale here. as it is all under the control of the TRNC government, and no longer liable to Greek Cypriot controls or laws.

Thanks for confirming that what I said about you it was true. I had no doubt.

If for you there are 2 separate countries in Cyprus then what is the problem? Why do you participate in a Forum called "Cyprus Problem - How can we solve it?"?

You also confirmed that the reason you are here it is not because you are interested to solve the problem (since for you it doesn't exist) but to promote propaganda hoping that in this way you are acting in a way that will secure the illegally purchased property that you occupy.

Your own biased views carry no weight on either the boards or the political stage

In fact our views - that the occupation and the pseudo state of "trnc" are illegal - which are nothing more than the truth, are adopted by the UN, the ECHR and all countries of the world except Turkey.
On the contrary your biased, fascist, Nazi views that it is fine for one country to invade another, to perform ethnic cleansing, and to give the land that is stolen to scums like you, is the kind of "view" that it is adopted by nobody apart from those who were collaborators in this crime and illegality (you are one of them).

Make no mistake that sooner or later you, and the other filthy scum that came to Cyprus for the sole reason of exploiting the pain of our refugees, will pay a heavy price for their horrible crimes committed against us.

As for Piratis, I have compiled a few of his postings and will be sending it to his government and also to the EU.

Zan, because we bother a bit with your lame accusations it doesn't mean that the government or EU will do.

You may interpret things any way you like, but remember that others will have no reason to interpret things in the same twisted way that you did.

To Helen and Mick I simply explained that you can't go to a country, support crimes and illegalities against the locals, and then expect them to be friendly to you. So I just explained the obvious!

Of course you bought it on the 20th of July! It is no accident you had chosen this particular day! That is why we regard you as a lethal enemy of the GCs! That is why we will make you pay for it one day!

i have been off the boards since May this year, this means that i couldn't possibly have told anyone what sort of land or villa i bought .i have only been back online for 2 weeks. so any assumption that i have ex Greek Cypriot land is pure speculation on the part of you and your mate Kifeas.

There is no need to try and excuse your self. We know by fact that you have bought a villa build on a stolen GC property. The fact that you have chosen the 20th of July to do so, speaks by itself!

As a matter of fact it doesn't bother me too much what sort of land is for sale here. as it is all under the control of the TRNC government, and no longer liable to Greek Cypriot controls or laws.

Hehehe! You make a big mistake! Read the Orams judgment by the British court in paragraph 31. Of course you are liable to RoC laws, and as soon as you cross south for any reason, you will be immediately arrested and taken to court! Soon, when the ECJ will rule on protocol 10 of the treaty of accession, you will also be subject to punishment anywhere in the EU. You are doomed!

Your whole creed is based on past History. you have to realise that History is in the past and living in the past is unproductive, someday you will have to come to terms with the fact that the North belongs to the Turkish Cypriot people to do what they want with.

Oh yeah? Anything that suits you agendas and serves your interests is unproductive! The north doesn't belong to the TCs alone. It also belongs to the GCs and belongs to the RoC only! This is what the EU says, this is what the UN says, this is what your UK government say and this is what international law says! You are doomed! Soon you will be finished! There is no limit to the nonsense a thief and a vagabond may claim, to get away with impunity! Soon or late you will be seating at the dock!

and a couple of fanatics like you two can say or do what you want . it doesn't make any difference. Your own biased views carry no weight on either the boards or the political stage,

Yeah, right! Everyone that seeks justice and an end to the violation of his human rights, for you the thief and the outlaw, he is a fanatic! You are doomed!
As for Kifeas being an intellectual. his posts show him to be nothing but a self centred bigot who keeps reeling out the same old claptrap. his penchant for resorting to abusive language is only the forte of the man who has a limited grasp of vocabulary.

your opinion that he is an intellectual, only places you on the same bottom rung of the same intellectual ladder

I have absolutely no need or desire to be regarded as an intellectual or anything else, although I am confident I know a hell a lot more than you do! I know who I am and I am happy with it! As for my vocabulary, considering that English is not my native language, I have a much bigger vocabulary than you, plus I know another two languages, whereas I am sure you do not even know well your very native language!

I guess you have forgotten, that I was supporting your, now famous "Kifeas Plan". In all my postings, I have never suggested for a partition. I have many times gave reasons why there may be a partition, due to political situations, which is not the same thing as supporting partition.

It is when you try to accuse someone of "trespassing" on to a Greek property in the Northern part, that made me ask the question. It will be very hard for anyone, knowingly or unknowingly, to enter a house, office, or a hotel, if one is visiting the North, and not come across a property that may have belonged to a Greek person. There's "60%" chance that will happen, and then, there's the other "22%" also.!!!

I do not condone people buying up land, that belongs to a Greek person, who has not given permission to be sold, and those who do buy them, legally as far as they see it, within the TRNC rules, also understand, that they may end up losing it all one day, when the rightful owners show up to claim them. I think the reason people are buying Greek property may not be the fact it is cheaper, but perhaps they do not see a solution at all, and all the Greek land will end up sitting empty anyway, so why not make use of them. I suggest, lets have a solution soon as possible, to prevent Greek land development, and further complicate matters, if a solution does come.

Moderator Lana this is getting out of hand the personal insults from these 2 GCs extremist bigots are getting out of hand, they are insulting the individuals and even threatening their well being and no one is doing anything just like the 1960s time to speak up and show that we will not accept such verbal abuse and threats of violence. These 2 are a good example of why we will never agree on anything and are the reason why we should never reunite, it would be the end of the line for us they harbour the venom of vengeance and getting back at us. You can easily work out which side is aggressive and why all our concerns about safety are 101% warranted. Can you imagine what it would be like if the Turkish troops were not here, we would be personally attacked by people like this you would report it get ignored by GC police and told to take our complaint to EU and fight for your rights. No thanks.
