Hi everyone just a quick note to tell everyone about a martial arts demonstration happening on
SATURDAY 23RD SEPTMBER (THIS SAT) AT 4PM

That'll teach me to speed read. I thought it said Marrital Aids Demonstration.

Hi guys,

the demo is free to watch, its only for about half and hour, promoting the new martial arts classes that will start on Monday 25th September.
there will be classes for 5-8 year olds.
8-15 years old and 15 - adult classes.

we will be offering 2 martial arts.
TAEKWONDO- known for its spectacular kicking techniques.
ALSO recognised as an olympic sport.

HAPKIDO - a pure martial art using joint locking, , pressure point control, restraints, weapons, as well as takedowns,punching, kicking and much more.
WE ARE THE FIRST CLUB TO BRING HAPKIDO TO CYPRUS AND THE ONLY CLUB OFFERING CLASSES.(THESE CLASSES ARE ONLY OFFERED TO ADULTS 15YRS+)

DIRECTIONS

if you can get to the Limani roundabout, take the exit heading for dhekelia road, then first left.
on the corner of the road is the clothes store "scirocco"
the gym (SPICE GYM) is a little further down this road on the right hand side, next door to the mexican resturant.

there was about 10 people.
the demo went really well, shame more peeps did not turn up.

If I was there I would have. I want to start my daughter at something like that but I do not know how old they have to be.
