We are also selling CMS websites, $6000 for a CMS website is unrealistic in Cyprus! We priced a full flash website for a client at well under £2000 and they found somebody cheaper!

Full flash websites are out of fashion except if you can create something like Yahoo Maps or you are 2advanced.com. The best CMS systems can cost 100.000 and more! But your CMS should be much better than the open source CMS to sell it for 6000!!
