Anyway let me repeat doing copy paste.
It surprises me still hearing people in this forum talking about derrogations or accepting the Anan Plan with some minor modifications, without realising that after May 1, there can be no derrogations.... .

Re adelfe MicAtCyp, what I pointed out above was related with the below quoted idea of yours..

The Anan plan by itself was a huge derrogation. There is not even a single issue regarding the solution proposed by the Anan plan that was not against the EU Aquis. You name it.



Is there anything which can be defined as a permenant derrogation, in Annan 5?

While I respect Sener Levent, Its important to know that he has earnt himself a reputation as abit of a maverick, he is a journlist by profession after all, in other words dont believe everything he says.
