Plea for justice on stolen Cypriot property by columnist

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Pyrpolizer
And whats that have to do with the illegal sale of stolen GC properties???

my response was to piratis saying
I hope the TCs will finally listen to what Sener has to say and finally drop the excuses for the illegal division of our country.

Oh, yes I forgot you had it inside and you couldn’t resist spout it out regardless of being irrelevant. Yeah, you are right, why should a minority of 18%, be a minority in an EU country like Cyprus? It needs its own state based on theft, laying on 90% stolen GC properties.

Do those "other" minorities have partnership agrements to form a country like we had with you in 1960? You cannot steal what is also yours.

Do those other minorities ask for their own state?

If they had a similar partnership agreement like us then they to under the same circumstances could have demanded a split and their own state to live in peace and without fear of being annihilated.

Since you caused such a comotion and wanted to bury us all alive and become Greece, we had to fight for survival thus creating a safe Cyprus for the last 32 years until a time we can feel confident enough to give back what belongs to you. But until that time we will try to look after your properties the best way we can under the current isoaltion imposed and supported by yourselves.

So its a matter of parnership now huh? Not a matter of Turkey wanting part Cyprus for her?
As for our properties yes you take "good care" of them I know. You sell them for peanuts to the foreigners.

How we deal with Turkey and develop strategies is our business it has nothing to do with GCs, the only way you can get involves is to build a relationship with Tcs whereby you show that you are trustworthy and do have good intentions towards our community, which I believe is way beyond GC administrations capabilities.

As for selling your property for peanuts you didnt real the last sentence of my post, either you lift the embargo so we may develop other avenues of economical growth, or genuinly and sincerely seek a comprehensive solution, the choice is yours, have you got the balls to make it.

That is a two way street Viewpoint, that is a two way street. You demand we show we are trustworthy but you need to do the same for us. All we see right now is you blackmailing us with declarations like " either you lift the embargo so we may develop other avenues of economical growth, or " . That doesn't sound very honest and trustworthy to me so stop with the theatrics and show some trustworthiness, honesty and effort coming from your side too. Or, would you rather make money the fast easy illegal way?

We are not the ones with international recognition used for maintaining an unfair economical stranglehold over the south, why is it so difficult for you to treat me as your equal and allow me the same advantages you see fit for yourselves, are you superior to me? or is that you would prefer to keep the north economically hostage to force more of your demands. wake up you say you are Europeans but you do not act in the spirit of equal opportunity and democracy, you still perpetuate arrogance and the narrow vision of the 1960s. Nothing has changed.

We do not cliam to be European, we still have along way to go but at least we have shown signs that we are prepared to chnage, we have kicked out Denktas, voted in CTP, chosen a reunification Supporter Talat, open GC schools, allowed religious services in the north, started a property commission, voted yes to the only solution pland put before us. What have you guys done voted no, told us we are to blame for you voting no and taken us to court over property development in the north. Well dne keep up the good work at this rate you will successfully continue to ensure the island stay just how it is for many many years to come.
