"some people are nostalgic of Denktash imish". What you mean some people? Stop these stupid insinuations. If you want to say something to me say it directly.

It is a well known fact that in the occupied Denktash still has about 30% of the vote. I don't care. I am a GC and I dont like Denktash one bit. Talat did not prove any better though. In fact his only difference with Denktash seems to be he doesn't know how to achive partition, whereas Denktash knew.

On the partition front Talat doent have to knwo you are doing a great job for him. Never in Denktas's time has so many TCs realized that partition is probably the best solution and this has nothing to do with Talat.

So Viewpoint you actually foresee a new coallition giving Talat a majority by utilising the 5 MPs that got out?

Thats the party of Eroglu isn't it?

the majority needed is 1 Soyer already has 25 of 50, so only a few MP on his side will work.

Coallition with UBP, with Eroglu I would have said a fat noway but with Ozgurgun it may just be possible as he is new generation and more flexible than his predecessors. The only problem is that he still has some of the old hardliners from Eroglu era in the party which will not make your job any easier. They are still adament supporters of the current status quo and the TRNC.

The Tcs were always for partition even from the 60s. Of course they did not like the enclaves partition, they only like the partition that includes taking away other peoples lands homes and properties i.e those of the GCs.
Denktash was clear on what type of partition he wanted. It took the TCs 30 whole years to realise the GCs will never accept. It will now take them another 30 years to realise that the disguised partition that Talat is seeking is even worse for the GCs and will never be accepted either. Good luck in waiting VP.

If the % of TCs who want partition increased, it simply proves to me that the TCs were always brainwashed to believe in dreams.

So as per reportFC CTP has 25, Eroglu 13,Serdar 6 and Akkinci 1 and the coallition needs at least 30. So 3 got out from Eroglu and 1 got out from Serdar. (Strange I heard a total of 5 broke away …. Here I see only 4)
So the new coallition will be 25 CTP, 3 ex-Eroglus, 1 Ex-Serdar, and 1 Akkinci.

Lets wait and see what kind of miracles this new coallition is going to bring. The 3 Ex-Eroglus in my opinion may bring out a worse situation than before.
Who are those 3, can anyone provide an opinion on them?

Why do you think the TCs were and are for partition since the 1960s? and its not because they dont like souvlaki, its has a lot to do with your own dreams and goals.

As for partition today well its a hardship we know, but hey living on a beautiful island, in safety, with great weather and great food. 2 Cars for every home, plazma tvs, satalite tv, air conditioning, private education, great pace of life. Im pretty certain we can just about bear the strain...
