I'm a sun worshipper! The hotter the better. The Isle of Wight is a tad chilly for me summertime. I like Cyprus!

I will do, when I can see him next, he's now very much in demand and has now released a collection of photos of England's Lake District.

Here's some more of the island. The last one is a shot of Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower.

That place has no pleasant memories for me. When I watched the Lord of the Rings film and saw Pippin and Gandalf in Miras Terith looking out at the glow of Mordor beyond the mountains, it reminded me of that when I looked across that short stretch of water at that city of no favours with its new tower glowering in the night.
