So you are basically celebrating the fact that the (first degree) court declared it self unqualified to enforce the punishment of what -not only or just the RoC court found, but also the British high court itself in the same ruling found to be an illegality. In other words you are not celebrating your vindication in a natural or in a moral sense, but you instead celebrate your "achievement" to (temporarily) get away with your illegalities! This is what you do, and you know what person it makes you to be, i.e. ... a clown or ...a monkey! Or better a karagiozis! Get lost solveit!
I am not saying that what the Orams did was legal, or that they have been vindicated. I'm simply saying that the CASE was about whether or not the judgement would be enforcable in the UK courts.
As is usual with you Kifeas, the minute something doesn't appear to go the way that you prophesize, you throw your Dummy out and resort to insults.
There's nothing worse than a bad loser............LOSER.
