How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

So you are basically celebrating the fact that the (first degree) court declared it self unqualified to enforce the punishment of what -not only or just the RoC court found, but also the British high court itself in the same ruling found to be an illegality. In other words you are not celebrating your vindication in a natural or in a moral sense, but you instead celebrate your "achievement" to (temporarily) get away with your illegalities! This is what you do, and you know what person it makes you to be, i.e. ... a clown or ...a monkey! Or better a karagiozis! Get lost solveit!

I am not saying that what the Orams did was legal, or that they have been vindicated. I'm simply saying that the CASE was about whether or not the judgement would be enforcable in the UK courts.

As is usual with you Kifeas, the minute something doesn't appear to go the way that you prophesize, you throw your Dummy out and resort to insults.

There's nothing worse than a bad loser............LOSER.

No you did not say that what Orams did was legal ...how could you? You only started celebrating the fact that she (and presumably you) may get away (temporarily) with her (and presumably your) illegal acts (theft of other people's properties!)

However, the game is far for being over yet!

Kifeas, yet again you show up your lovely personality, coupled with an amazingly low level of maturity.

In a head to head IQ test between you and a Monkey there's absolutley no doubt that the Monkey would win hands down. In fact, you'd have difficulty triumphing over a Slug, even though there are functional similarities between the two of you.

Continue your insults if you wish. I will not reply in future, as to engage in conversation with lowlife such as yourself would be difficult to achieve.........As I can't bend down that far!!

NB. Are there any moderators on this site? If so, why is Kifeas allowed to get away with such behaviour.

CONFRONT GREEDY ESTATE AGENTS

Postby lysi » Wed Sep 06, 2006 2:08 pm

Now that the greedy ORAMS have won there case in a BRITISH court, will those cypriots who are against the expliotation of greek cypriot land & property start to make some noise ?
You can EMAIL, WRITE , FAX , PHONE or PAY A PERSONAL VIST to those greedy estate agents who are dealing in stolen greek cypriot land & complain to them. Give them a problem.
Confront these greedy people & the maggots that buy cheap homes that are built on stolen greek cypriot land.
Dont sit back and do nothing, you can play your part.

I think the saddest part is the amount of costs that Apostilides will be asked to pay...

Hopefully the payment of those costs wont be enforceable in GC court and he can stick 2 fingers up to the british court... after all the british court has set the precedent that the 2 courts cannot enforce eithers rulings...

The main difference is, that one day, TRNC may be back under Cypriot Govt control and Apostilides will get his land back...

I am firmly on the GC's side on this debate...

THANKS G-MAN, will you get involved & complain to the greedy estate agents who are selling stolen greek cypriot land & property ?
Let them know that there are plenty of people out there who are against the illegal exploitation of greek cypriot land .

I doubt I can have much impact on this, but my company will not lend on property on GC land in TRNC, and anyone I hear of who is thinking of moving to TRNC is told that they should not buy any so called govt guaranteed properties, only properties with pre-74 turkish deeds...

Personally I could live on either side, and if I lived the other side I will save a lot of money, however, my conscience wont allow me to support an illegal regime financially, sadly unlike the many GC's who spend many hours in TC casinos or those that employ TC workers...

I agree. When will the stupid CYPRUS GOVERNMENT close the crossing points, it only benefits the occupation regime & those thick greek cypriots who spend there pounds in the TURKISH owned casinos, the useless CYPRUS GOVERNMENT should open a casino in the free areas for gamblers.

I am really pleased that this 'Old Couple' will not have to worry about someone stealing their UK property and sincerley hope they can now continue to get on with their well deserved retirement.

Probably because you endulged him and started talking a mess too and your mess became worse than his mess. IF you have a problem with how someone speaks to you, you need to report them right away and not play their game of name calling. Then you would be completely in the right. Right now, you are both to blame and you sounded pretty immature yourself.
