Cannot make another post so soon after the last...

This setting is driving me crazy...

it affects editing, posting a reply to a pm, everything...

Is it really required?

Do people really post too much to require this setting?

I think it is a bit annoying myself :D\
See it just happened to me right now as I was posting this....
and it seems to take forever...

I found that, after editing, if you press "preview" first, and then press "submit", tends to work most of the time, than if you press "submit" right after editing.

The time you have to wait between posts is now greatly reduced. I believe it should be fine now.

personally I was glad this feature existed, some of the posts I hurried to jam on the forum were unprintable anyway :D
