The apartment is in Liopetri, which is close to Paralimni, Ayia Napa, & Protaras. It was built in July 2005 and we have been letting it out for holidays - which has more than covered our running costs.

It is fully equipped with the kitchen having cooker, hob, & cooker hood, washing m/c, dishwasher, microwave etc. all of which is under 12 months old.

We are only selling it because we are buying a larger property in the same village. You can see more details at:

The maintenance charge is CYP250 per year. This covers running of the communal pool, cleaning of all communal areas, lighting of the complex, and maintenance of the lift. It is a small, very friendly complex. There is an allocated under cover parking space.

Lastly the price is CYP52,000 which is negotiable
