You claim that this is true for the majority of drivers? Only some teens on bikes can often do that. Most of your points are valid only for a minority of drivers and many are valid for a very small minority. Cyprus driving discipline is not great but you don't have to exaggerate like that!
So how many cypriots at the front of the queue do you see stop behind the white line and remain there until the lights change to green?

OK, this is one of the few things that you said that is probably done by the majority. But what about the rest? That "red lights are optional" for example? For more than 50% of drivers red lights are optional? Thats a lie!
