Wow, I am very pleased to hear you feel that way. I thought so, because you never seem to attack me for my Animal Cruelty posts. Do you think it's a big problem here that needs resolving? Don't you think Cyprus would be a much better place if people no longer poisoned animals, and started to treat them with the love and respect they deserve? Wouldn't that make us all better people?

Every culture & country has a different attitude to the treatment of animals. They say the english are a nation of animal lovers, but in reality there is massive cruelty to animals every single day. I am against circus's with animals, and i am against pet shops that sell animals.
The penalties for animal cruelty should be increased.

I don't get it.

British if you don't like Cyprus, go home

Why would anybody British by browsing and contributing to a Cyprus community forum if in fact they didn't like Cyprus? Or perhaps should the title be

British if you don't agree with me, go home

Just a thought.

The young Russian couple in the apartment under mine were having 'energetic' sex last night. Although for the first 20 minutes i didn't realise this but was realy being bugged trying to work out the song she was singing

"Da da dadada, da da, da da"
"Da da dadada' da da, da da"

I suspect it was the Blue Danube

I agree with you lysi! There are so many forms of animal cruelty and so many animals that are tortured and die in cruel ways. You can't be a true animal lover if you support those things and you just care about cats and dogs.

I don't get it.

I was talking about some British that seem to hate Cyprus. One even made a thread called "I hate Cyprus". So my question was why those people are still in Cyprus if they hate Cyprus so much? I think my question makes sense!

errr, you can get back down off your high horse now. That still does not justify the animal cruelty issues in Cyprus. I live in Cyprus, and cruelty towards cats and dogs effects me directly, as it happens in the environment in which I live in. Noone here said that we support the use of animals in circuses. So stop wandering away from the real issues at hand = cruelty towards cats and dogs in Cyprus. These things aren't just going to go away, and neither are we, Sotos.

I know. Maybe you wouldn't eat pork if they slaughtered the animal in front of you. It doesn't mean it doesn't happen because you can't see it!

That was the issue of another thread. Are you going to bring this same thing in all threads now?

Sotos ... This is very stupid comment.

We need the British for the foreign capital they bring here for out tourist and building industries to survive.

Just because they winch a little that does not constitute telling them to pack up and go home.!

We should listen and try and address the problems or explain our positions on a subject.

I would say..British people please take the first opportunity and visit Cyprus because this is the only real paradise you will ever experience in your life time!
