I have to agree with The microphone and laptanige on this.
To be told that the festival of Christmas , as it happened last year by the loonies of Lambeth Council , will be renamed as Winter Festivities , is absolutely absurd , idiotic , insulting , childish . These morons who are employed by the Council , most of them could not hold down a road sweepers job back in their countries , need to be put in order by the British public , Unfortunately the typical English person does not complain , just rolls the eyes in an upward gesture to register disapproval.
In the West End of London , Westminster council employs as traffic wardens people straight from Africa with little knowledge of English but a massive appetite for issuing parking tickets. The country is a joke I cant wait to get out. My local Diabetics Clinic needs 3-4 weeks notice for an appointment , Im not surprised , half the Asian Old Age Pensioners are diabetic.

As for your comment that we need them more than they need us , come on now , in yesterdays Sunday Times a study published reveals that the 1 out 4 restaurants in the UK is Bangladeshi - Pakistani , presumably the UK will suffer greatly if some thousands of restaurants closed down. The Eastern Europeans will soon make up the loss believe me.

Yes, today 25% Pakistani restaurants are sent home to Pakistan, then comes the Indian restaurants, then the Kebab Houses, then the Chinese and on and on. Pretty soon, all there would be left, will be the Fish & Chips and pub food. Perhaps "mutton" will make a comeback.!!

We have the same problem here G.Man . Too many immigrants, too much good food, ALOT of obese people. But I guess like they say in the US if you cant be think, you might as well be happy

The restaurant owners and workers are not the issue here. These are hard working people who add to and enhance the culture. It is the non working exploiting immigrants that make it difficult for everybody else.
