The educated amongst us have a responsibility and a duty to preserve our Island as one unit , for generations to come , an island that can face the future without the fear of war and conflict under the only uniting force prevalent right now and sustainable for years to come , that force is our common country , our birthplace Cyprus.

Very commendable statements for story books but the reality again stares you in the face that we have been unable to solve our problem for over 46 years. The will is missing on both sides and as things continue as they are the TC north will visit Pakistan today and who knows even France tomorrow, the GC south will continue to lodge complaints as normal nothing new there, did you hear they lodged a complaint with the international body for flies, stating they were flying into the unknown TRNC territory without "RoC" permission, thats how comical they have become.

Don´t listen to him VP. Actually it is Κωνσταντινούπολη because it was built by Constantinos and not Costantinos. Fascists, of all colours and nationalities, are prone of making such errors.

Right my bad. I should have known better. It comes from the Greek words IS-TIN-POLI (TO-THE-TOWN) so there is no N after S.

Meet you ISTINPOLI then.

Just because I am proud of beeing Greek I am called a nationalist?... Just for your knowledge I have always been a socialist and a lot more to the left than center but that does not stop me for beeing proud of my history and my nation...

You and your friends who d' rather been called turks than nationalist should get their act together and realise that this is not the way problems are solved. This the way chickens are killed...

Forget about Viewpoint Miltiades. Just talk to him about "partition" je sanna lounnis ton rodostemma (=and it’s as if you bathe him in rosewater)
All he says is just accept the "realities" while at the same time he is not happy with those "realities".

Kikapu you are becoming a Master Chef de Cuisine preparing food for thought you know! Very interesting thoughts you put down.

We have to make a lot of assumptions here as to who predisigned that road and whether it is possible for that who (singular or plural) to implement his/their pre-designed road for Turkey.
I am just adding some salt & pepper, waiting to see Kifeas cooking.
