Enhancement means improvment to what is existing. Much better than cosmetic. It is surgery though I'm not disputing that.
The industry is huge in the UK with people giving vouchers for surgery as presents. However, some jobs are really bad and can be spotted a mile off. Keep them in proportion, use a good surgeon (check out previous work he has done, better still by word of mouth), with good aftercare and good products. Don't know about those surgery holidays? There isn't any aftercare and no come back. Plus flying is the last thing you want to do a week after being under the knife!

my local GP does it and Im suprised how popular it is....Im never going to say never but at the moment I dont feel I need it
having said that there are days u wake up and think Ughhh LOL
