How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

allow me to have my doubts

Yes have your doubts my dear. Perhaps someone should remind you that an EU country cannot arrest journalists.

my point was not that there are high chances from our goverment to do the same. i am sorry you understood it that way.

my point concerned the attitudes of the majority of the gc reporters. (e.g. see how sevgul uludag was fired from the biggest gc newspaper, and they even refuse to tell her the reason, or discuss the matter with her).

Sevgul was not fired because she was never employed. She was a free associate paid by article. She was writing articles and was getting paid PER_article. When she started attacking the very private newspaper hosting her articles they simply stopped buying from her. They did not act illegally on her! They did not arrest her! They did not deprive her any of her rights!
You have to distinguish the actions of a private company to those of states or "pseudostates"
Illegal actions of the former are resolved in courts, illegal actions of the latter have only one way to oppose: Peoples puplic demonstrations.

Regardless, the GC reporters and almost all her readers stood by her side morally and supported her. I am sure some other newspaper would be more than willing to buy her articles. So you are again wrong saying the GC reporters did not support her.
