Has anybody got a Sky box we can buy or rent for 2 weeks so that our son Louis (20 mths old) can watch his CBB's...

What I don't want to do is bring our box and then have to take it back again - esp' with the added sercurity at the airports!

I recently bought a Sky dish and digi box, and it came with a card that picks up over 200 free channels. I would like to upgrade and buy a package from Sky. How would I go about doing this? My dad has an account in the UK, so it would be no problem paying the monthly subscription. Is it true that I would need to activate the card using a phone line in the UK?

You just call sky and they will post you a 4 page document which you must sign and tick the boxes of which package you want, films, sports etc and then you send that off and then it gets activated and yes it needs a UK line but to be honest I have never plugged my line in and it works fine.
