I recently saw a woman I was in grad school with at Heathrow. When we were in school she had a weight problem but now looks fabulous and is absolutely beautiful. She was with a very handsome Italian six years younger than her. When I found out, I thought "that's not right" but then I had to admit that if she were the younger one, I would not have had a second thought.

I think everyman should have an older girlfriend at some time in his life, between the ages of 21 and 24 I was really into older women, I learnt so much and had a great time*.

I'm always telling my 18yo son to get himself an older woman, preferably a married one.

*When I was 22 I had a fling with a 45yo married woman, I'm now 48 and she (if alive) is now 71, whenever I go back to my hometown I pray I don't ever run into her!

i think men are just attracted to confident woman and the older u are the more OK u are with yourself........my aunt is married to a man 7yrs younger than her

My ex-girlfriend, at age 54, got married to a man age 24 a year ago. They met in Ecuador while she was serving with the Peace Corps. They are now in San Francisco. Talked to her on the phone last night, , and they are doing just fine. I must say, even though she is in great shape, running Marathons all over the USA, there will come a time, that the 30 year age gap will widen ever further, But she's having a good time until then, and she knows what the outcome will be also.

Thirty years is a great difference and I was silly over my friend's six year gap! I guess it was my own prejudice and my friend is 34 but looks 26 or 27. And he wants to marry her but she doesn't want to marry!

we are used to see an old man with a young girl next to him but not vice versa ? i hope it never happends with me though for me perfect match is when a man is 1 year older than a woman is

For me perfect match is when a man is about 5 years older, because they mature so much slower...

nothing wrong with an older woman with a younger man. almost every guy i ever dated was younger than me. my (ex) husband was about three years younger. the last love of my life (the greek cypriot) was about 12 years younger. it's actually a better match. women hit thier sexual peak after a man does, so it's good in that respect. also, ever look at the life expectancy statistics? women live longer than men. check out the local old folks homes and see what the ratio of men to women is...women outnumber men dramatically.
i agree with Biker on this one...every man should have an older woman for a lover at one time or another....
