If you are sad...

Unfortuanetly or not but we all sometimes feel sad, sometimes there is a reason for it, sometimes there is no or it only seems to us that there is no reason but actually there is...
the question is what do you usually do to overcome this feeling? are you trying to go around and relax? or maybe to talk to a friend? what are you doing when you are sad?
i am f...ing sad tonight

Blessings

If i am down i count my blessings , i still have my health etc . I also think of my forefathers and realise my problems pale into insignificance often when compared to the bigger picture. Being in a loving relationship helps as well Bambina and im sure somewhere out there you have your perfect match !

Bambina, there is nothing worse than being home alone when you are feeling sad or depressed. The beauty of the internet is you can talk to people and still stay anonymous.

Simon, without wanting to sound like a miserable git, alcohol is a depressent. You'll feel a hell of a lot worse if you drink, if you let the alcohol cloud your mind and your judgememt.
