The prices now are:

Studio (sea view): 200
One bedroom (no sea view): 230
One bedroom (sea view): 250

common expenses : 20 per month . Common expenses include everything as mentioned in the initial post except electricity.

Could you be so kind to give a price including all the expenses per month?

For studio 200+20 common expenses+ electricity (this will depend on how much you use air conditioning. It should be about 5 to 15 pounds).

So total it will come to you 225-235 per month.

Which is the difference between One Bedroom and Studio (accommodation and price)?

One Bedroom are even bigger, but even studios are quite big. If you one person you shouldn't need anything more than a studio.

They offer what is written in the initial post. Plus now you can get free internet (shared ADSL) if you ask for it.

There is free access to the swimming pool?

yes

There is any fitness or other gym facilities?

Not in the building. However you could subscribe to the gym of Park Beach hotel which is just opposite of sunresidence.

I am a 27 year old English women and I moving to Cyprus in April 2005. I am very very interested in renting one of your apartments on a 12 month lease. Probably a studio with view.

However I am not having much luck contacting you on the contact details given on www.sunresidence.com. I have received no reply to my emails and when I have tried calling it seems to be a wrong numer. The telephone number +357 77 77 77 74 gets me through to a company called Cyprusnet who seem to know nothing about the apartments.

Please someone contact me as soon as possible and advise me on how I would go about securing an apartments ready for my arrival in April.

It would also be helpful if you could give me a contact name and telephone number.
