I am a software engineer in Limassol (23 in age) and looking for some nice friends here..
I did not find yet, because i am from india and i think the people over here dont like indians...

Welcome to the forum and to Cyprus hitman 
Cypriots like Indians. But Indians look somewhat like Sri Lankans which most of them are in Cyprus as unskilled workers and we have A LOT of them in Cyprus. So maybe people here think that you are uneducated!!

Many Sri Lankans working here are well educated, even those working in unskilled jobs such as housemaids. As well as Sinhalise (or Tamil), they will speak Greek, also often English - and if they have also worked in Dubai/Saudi - some Arabic too.
I was in Sri Lanka earlier this year and found them a very warm and likeable people.
I am off to Dubai next week where the majority of inhabitants are 'foreigners'. On the topic of foreign majorities, the Mayor of the village of Peyia says that froreign inhabitants now outnumber Cyptiots!

Hi Indiaguy
I love to travel: I shall be staying at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai which is an amazing hotel. Travelled to New York and Singapore last year and had a wonderful time in India (10 days on the 'Palace on Wheels') a sort of Orient express of India. It is a fantastic country but the poverty is so sad.

Indianguy, you could take some classes doing a hobby you enjoy, and meet people that way, as well.

IndianGuy has a point there about Lana. Do you have a blog anywhere Lana about your experiences? Would be nice reading all about them, about countries you have visited, what you saw (both good and bad), what you thought about the country etc etc etc.
