I have a mortgage agreed with the Bank of Cyprus.

Am looking at switching instead to the Co-op as they offer better rates. Also looking at getting my mortgage in Swiss Francs as again, this can save a fortune (providing that there is no economy meltdown in Switzerland. Its been stable for the last 15 or so years).

I can!!

Contact Tom at Conti Financial Services, they are on the Fopdac website (http://www.fopdac.com/index1.htm). He deals with Cyprus, if he isn't there speak to the MD, Simon Conn. These guys are very helpful. The charge £145 (i am going to ask them to waiver this) for the application and £595, for their main fee.

Where are you buying?

Let me know if you need any more info.

Why not click on to the 'sticky' entitled Buying a house. Then, call up the Wedbsites of Banks in Cyprus, lots of information there.
