Lol!! Well you need some information when you have your 'coffee/gossip' fest!! All good Cypriot women should have one, on a monthly bases, at the very the least !!!
You know it's funny, because my neighbours are actually GC's! They've probably added this little juicy bit of information on their 'Weekly gossip topics list' Lol!

Yeah something like that  , although I swear it wasn't 4 when I came back...mmm...strange.. :D

Girl power and all that. Its the 21st century now. Women should pay equal to men. Gone are the days where women don't have careers. I have friends who there wives earn more than them. Me and my beloved pay half and half, although the bigger expensive items (house stuff) i end up forking out.

What like the 42" plasma screen tv and the double recordable DVD? All those 'girlie' essentials us girls want soooo badly!

I agree totally though with paying my fair share. I mean I'm not adverse to someone buying me a meal or a drink just as I'd be equally happy to offer to buy someone a meal or a drink. It's how I work with my friends too. Sometimes I might just say that it's all on me. Other times they'll do the same. Other times we split it down the middle.

50" Sal.....size matter!!!

GG wrote:I love Greek Cypriot women, they just do it for me. BUT my biggest gripe with them is that they can't decide whether they want to be modern or old fashioned and hence attempt to take all the advantages of both with the disadvantages of neither.

They expect the man to open doors and pay bills, supply the CLK, pay for the hair nails and shoe habit, refurbish the house, bring the money home etc but will they cook meals, clean the house, drop the kids to school and generally run the household.?

I went on a blind date a while back with a BBC and when I met the girl she was incredibly modern and interesting etc and we went for dinner and it was all going great and then towards the end she stopped and said "I hope you know the man to pay for this meal". I was planning on paying anyway but that put me right off her.

My point is I can be modern or old fashioned but i will not accept getting the bad aspects of both and the good aspects of neither.

so did u end up seeing her again or that comment put you right off?? what if she was joking - did it appear that way?
it was a silly comment she made but she obviously felt comfortable enough with you to say it.......
our traditional roles are slowly changing but I think people are still confused how they should act....

are there no metrosexuals in Cyprus (sensitive new aged men?)

She was not joking, she said what she said within the first 10 minutes of meeting. Never saw her again, I was a little put off by the way her eyes opened so wide when she saw my car etc. I think she wanted a sugar daddy or a lifestyle, not a partner. The b45tard in me wanted to screw her and leave her but I couldn't take the sound of her voice after a while, had to get out. Plus she was blonde with blue eyes and I am a lover of brunettes and brown eyes.

describe your perfect woman.

In terms of appearance. Just 2 words. SALMA HAYEK !!!!

In terms of perosnality, she must be a generally happy person, certainly not a pessimist or a moaner. Someone who realises life is short and must be enjoyed. I don't mean a hippie but someone who wakes up in the morning in a good mood and is always ready to laugh. I think laughing together is extremely underated. They must laugh at my jokes which are very bad. . Not too serious a chracter. She also needs to be happy with who she is, I think 'comfortable in her own skin' is the phrase I'm looking for.

And as for the sex, well most greek women use the sack of potato's position where they just lie there. I want a woman to take initiative now and again.

.............and again, and again, and again.

All the above is on the assumption she has small breasts, if they are large then all the above is wiped and forgiven.

I remembered a weird conversation I had with someone here (Cyprus) - a fully qualified lawyer (woman) who had absolutely no opinions of her own, and only deferred to her father to speak for her. It was difficult to have a conversation with her, so I stopped bothering. I can see that some women would want to exchange one provider for another.

Biology, hey? Anyway, GG, if you found your ideal woman but weren't ready to commit, what would you do?
