Hi,

I'm moving to Cyprus with work in September and I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get a Blackberry mobile phone on Cyprus with either of the major networks? Areeba looks better than Cytamobile. Which has been your experience? Cytamobile doesn't seen to have monthly service plans with inclusive minutes. I need a Blackberry for work and I'd really value anyone's advice.

I don't know what a Blackberry phone is, but I have 2 networks. My personal phone which is on CyTA and my work phone which is Areeba.

Cyta mobile, I have no problems with. I get signal everywhere without interuptions.

Areeba, in the middle of a conversation, I get cut off with a message on my mobile saying "Network Busy". There are alot of areas where I just don't get a signal with Areeba.

If I understand your question correctly you are asking if Areeba or CYTA offer Blackberry phones on a Contract.

Unlike the UK, phones are unbundled here, procure your phone in the UK, it can be used here without a problem - assuming it is unlocked.

Its a PDA (Personal Digital Assisitant) basically a mobile you can surf the web and send emails with.
