Details of build. Tremithousa Project in 2004 in Paphos.
Builder J & I Estates Limited Paphos.

Took £5000 Deposit, Then after 6 weeks he asked for a further £36000. Then because he was building extras they had to put a further £14000 down. But agreed that the final payment could me made on completion. This was in June 2004, so far a very big hole. No building at all. He agreed to repay balance in June 2006 on a 12 month only installment plan, 3 months after still not money. We have also heard that he is planning to goto C.Republic, so beware anyone using this builder.
