That's my whole point. If I can't beat my 11 year old nephew on his first game, why do I want to take my chances with a 60 year old. I'll play you for a drink, but will nor risk loosing Cyprus to you.!!

Well after all this "pressure" all over the forum I had to come back here and read the whole proposal carefully.
I admit is suprisingly innovative, simple, and workable.
I fully agree with it. Keep up the good work Kifeas and Kikapu.

NB. Kifeas you should write a letter to Tzionis.

I already told you average Cypriots can agree on even the most difficult issues of the Cyprob and some day we have to establish a common Cypriot movement for the solution. (Not a common political party). The movement has to bypass the politicians….

Now think of the proposal for power sharing in here that everybody agreed with. What would happen if it was to be handled by politicians? Remember for every issue we need to have 30%+ of the votes of the other community.

We in Cyprus (GCs,TCs) among other things also have the strongest local leftist parties all over Europe with more than 30% of the power. We also know that the leftist parties always agree with each other. In practice therefore whatever AKEL would propose would be supported by CTP, and whatever CTP would propose would be supported by AKEL. This would always provide a head forward to the leftists in Cyprus.
So I wouldn’t be surprised to see the right wing political parties rejecting this proposal just to serve their own self interests Vs the leftists….
