you cant learn cypriot greek. theres no such thing. public schools here use the exact same books greece uses

cypriot greek is just a dialect. theres of course a few words that the greeks can't understand, but thats about it

The Greek Cypriot dialect can not be written and there are no special rules about it. There are many sounds in the Cypriot dialect that can not even be written with Greek letters! You will have to learn the usual Greek first and then maybe learn how words sound different in Cypriot dialect
