Couldn't get much information in the Turkish media either, except that Tzionis and Pertev will be having more meetings in the next days.

Can't be bad at all, discussions at any level can only be beneficial, better than sitting idle doing nothing, this is what the public on both sides of the border want.

Papadopoulos sent a letter to Talat to meet again.

Did they have progress already?

There are some confusing news going around one of them (in Phileleftheros) says the representative of Talat said they want recognitions as a precondition for the solution.
On the other hand Papadopoulos says Talat leaks information to the media on purpose.
So what information did Talat leak???

Obviously the Cypriot "donkies" (GC+TC) are left totally in the dark, as if we are strangers here, and as if it's not our future that their wisdom discusses...

i personally agree that the discussions should take place away from the media.

what phileleftheros wrote , is also not very clear. for me what the talat representative said was a typical propagande statement, and it is not a "demand" for the continuation of the negotiations.

the whole think if tpap send an invitation or not , is another sign of childish attitude of the cypriot politicians.

Ankara. The Turkish party wants the discussion of the technical commissions to fail, Cypriot newspaper Politis informs.
Ankara wants the talks between the two communities on the island to come to a dead-end as the Cyprus Greeks will be blamed for that.
During the last few days the Turkish party made it its aim to reiterate its already known positions on solving the Cyprus issue on the basis of two states and on the Annan Plan, which was rejected by the Cyprus Greeks on April 24th 2004, the newspaper reads.
Politis comments that Ankara aims at accusing the Greek party for violating the agreement reached on July 8th between the President of the Republic of Cyprus Tassos Papadopoulos and the President of the unrecognized Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Mehmet Ali Talat for
