The savages Strike again - part 2

Postby theresa » Mon Jul 31, 2006 4:36 pm

So, just hours after agreeing to a humanitarian cease fire - "More indiscriminate killings by the murderous psychopaths who claim to be doing their God's work" Prime Minister Ehud Olmert agreed to a 48-hour halt in the airstrikes beginning at 2 a.m. Monday while the military concludes its inquiry into the attack on the south Lebanese village of Qana - but what a surprise they have started their muder all over again.
They are most Godless liars I have ever heard of. God forgive them.

I was watching the news on one channel and it said the Israelis have agreed to stop the air raids. Then I switched to another channel and it said the Israelis continue with the air raids!! Was that a trick to get people out in the streets to kill them easier?

Israel is the little America of the middle east. They are a law to themselves. It's a shame China and Korea are not interested in European politics and choose not to interfere. Blair is Bush's lap-dog so he can't say or do jack shit except to agree with the demented Bush. Russia has broken into a thousand peaces so that leaves little America to do as it wishes.

This will make the USA and the UK even a bigger target for terrorists.

Bush has said that he does not support "stopping for the sake of stopping" - but while the world dithers, women and children are dying, how many long years will it be before Lebanon will be rebuilt? One old lady leaving her home wept as it lay in ruins. She will dead before she has a stable roof over her head again. I was pleased to see that 65% of english people polled, have said that Blair is too friendly with the USA. I think the world should impose sanctions on the US and kick them out of united nations - they are a disgrace to humankind.

For as long as religion plays such a huge role in the lives of the people of Israel and the Arab world , hatred will continue to breed violence. Indoctrination starts from an early age , the presence of Israel will always be the number one reason for violence and until the likes of Hamas and Hizbollah accept and recognise that the 6 .3 million Jews in Israel aren't going any where , and abandon their aim of the annihilation of Israel spurned on by their religious and educational leaders. Likewise until Israel recognises that the people of Palestine must have their own state to include areas occupied from 1967 onwards , the killings will go on.
There is so much intense hatred in this part of the world and it makes you again question the mythology surrounding the birth of two of the worlds largest religions , invented by Jews are Arabs , and yet followed by more than half of the world. An immediate ceasefire must be declared and an immediate return to negotiations must commence.
The catastrophic events of the last 20 so days must be a lesson to all that aggression leads to retaliation with far more horrendous results , the innocents must be protected.

But Miltiades Bush has stated in some of his pro-war speeches that "God is on their side" - what a staement for a Western leader to make! The only difference between the USA and the so called terrorists are the size and wealth of the country that allowes them superior firepower. The USA wont rest until they have their own chosen "puppets" in power in the middle east. Why the HELL dont they just leave them alone? How can FORCED democracy be democracy? Its a complete contradiction of the word! I have heard it said that "your freedom ends where mine begins" and I think thats true.

It is of great interest to the Western world , that you and I are part of , that there is stability in the Middle East and Democracy , the opposite of totalitarianism and dictatorship , is the system that encourages stability , you only have to look at the democratic nations of the world. As far as Bush being religious and your inferred analogy , let me tell you that there is not priest or religious leader in the states demanding a greater role of religion in politics. No religious leader is calling for violence and killings , no religious leader even supports the war in either Afghanistan or Iraq , so you see there are massive differences in religion in the States and religion in the M.East. You can not force democracy but you can force dictatorship. People voted in Iraq for democracy , given the opportunity they will have the finest and only worthwhile governing system in the world . What do these people want ? To be ruled by primitive medieval theocratic regimes in the 21 st century ? Then let their people decide by casting their vote not forced by some bearded theocratic dictator that wants to re create the 4th century.

True democracy gives people CHOICES does it not? What right do we - the so called civilised world have to DICTATE to others how they choose to live? To be honest , is it that some of the middle eastern countries arent ready for democracy as we know it? I hated the way the Taliban treated people especially the women, but true changes come from within the societies themselves they cant be forced onto people! Look at the French revolution, the FRENCH PEOPLE rose up and liberated themselves from oppression there were no outside armies forcing it on them. Perhaps the ordinary people should be asked what they think of Americas so called freedom?
