Constructive actions solve problems

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

If you didn't understood you should have asked for explanations before you started to accuse me out of nowhere.

What exactly you do not understand?

What I am saying is very simple. The Cyprus problem has some major additional obstacles (that do not exist in the building of a hospital or a road) that make it way harder, or even impossible, to solve. What is so hard to understand?

bc the reasons you have used to explain the difference between the two, do not really give any sound explanation as to why, the cyppro is not solved, and the lebanon refuggees problem is.

or why the one is more easier to solve than the other.

i agree that they are different , but i disagree as to what the differences are.

I'll clarify why I put it in this section - not to compare problems, but to compare the behaviour that achieves solutions.

That is, constructive behaviour.

That was added to: as well as constructive behaviour, you need clear objectives.

I don't really see any controversy in those two premises, or any inappropriateness in the placement of the topic.
