TRNC recognition?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby brother » Wed Dec 08, 2004 12:22 pm

I know that i have been saying that is a paranoid position but after reading the post 'US issues blunt warning' i am not so sure.

There are thousands of examples as to why the Turkish Cypriots life would change for better if the TRNC is recognised.

But one should not forget that these thousands of examples to why TRNC's recognition would be good for the Turkish Cypriot Nation are equally reasons for the Greek Cypriots to sabotage those from happening.
We must not forget that a little aid from the EU amounting 200mil Euros in 10 Years was sabotaged by the Greeks of Cyprus very recently.

With the Recognition of TRNC, as the Greek claims to sole ownership over Cyprus would cease to exist , there would be a lovely climate for love and friendship between the two nations on the island.

Around 1 million members of the Turkish Cypriot Nation throughout the world can give each a different answer to the question, what would more countries' recognition of TRNC bring.

Do you really think that anything we do is because we want the worst for turks? We do not give a s**t about whether you are alive or dead, whether you are starving or are wealthy. All are actions are done because currently that is the best way or current politicians know how to treat the problem. Is not like we really hate you.Or we want you dead! You are not our brothers you have never been or will be, we just want you to go back where you came from (mongolia) and let us live in peace in our island!Even though i know this is never going to hapen this is how things are.
And by the way we are not the only ones to think that!Im sure if you ask Armenians and Kurds they will say the same thing!

YOU ARE A VERY RUDE PERSON AND YOUR STATEMENTS ARE UNFOUNDED, WE THE TC HAVE BEEN ON THE ISLAND FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS SO THIS IS NOT YOUR ISLAND BUT OURS TOO, YOU OBVIOUSLEY MUST BE A SUPPORTER OF EOKA TO MAKE COMMENTS LIKE THAT OR JUST AN UNEDUCATED NOBODY WHOSE OPINION IS WORTH NOTHING.

According to your genious logic, then Americans should leave USA back to native Americans, and move back to UK, Germany, Italy, Greece, or wherever they came from.

Or all the Australians should do the same thing relating to natives over there.

Or maybe Greeks should go back to Greece from Cyprus as well. I do not know who was here in Cyprus before Greek culture start migrating from Greece to dominate the Cyprus, but for some reason I am quite sure that when Greeks came from Greece Cyprus was inhabited by somebody.

You see where I am geting at? No. May be because you lack the mental capacity to understand the stupidity of your logic.

But there is a saying in Turkish. They say "Deli ile konusma, kimin deli oldugunu anlamazlar" (meaning 'do not argue with an idiot, they may not understand who is the real idiot'). So I am leaving you alone with your bogus theories and with your tormented beliefs full of hate and racism.

Have a good day,

what is the insult?

That you came from mongolia or that we would like the island to be fully inhabited once again by greeks?

and by the way mr turkish nationalist turkcyp

do you have any knowledge of any culture being there before the greeks?Well you dont!so dont try and act all clever! And yes i agree that the americans and jews have no place in where they currently are!But hey, life is a bitch!
so what is your logic? that you come with turkey's tanks and planes, kill civilians and take over the rest of the island?face it your logic is no better or worse than mine!we both want the same thing!you just find it hard to admit it!

we also have a saying in greek "pali me xronia me kairous pali dika mas tha'ne" (again with time and again with ages passing by they shall be ours again)

hehehe you guys are funny.

elia , file, cyprus has nothing to do w/ greece anymore for MANY reasons. although there is much hellenism throughout the island politically they are independent and will never unite with greece.

but yeah keep fighting. its amusing.

actually it's more of a philosophy!

and it has been proven right as empires have forged and have fallen with time....as lands have been conquered and lost.....as people have died and people have been born!

so dont try and insult me or the greek tradition as i dont try to insult yours!

What a scary person!

Still if anyone needed proof that for some GC even after all the tradgy in Cyprus for both communites, this message of 'Cyprus is OURS - go away and leave it all to us' still exists. Sad really.
