Dog of the week

Postby unique_earthling » Tue Jul 25, 2006 5:22 pm

This is Minnie the poocher, she is only 5 months old and is a poodle terrier cross, she wont be very big, just lap size. She came to the shelter 2 weeks ago and was covered in ticks. We bathed her, deflead and deticked her and now she desperately needs a good home. Unfortuanately we have 30 or more puppies in a week, many dont survive as their immune system is very low and many are very very young. But Minnie has really captured our hearts as when she greets you her whole body wags not just her tail.

We really do our best miltiades, and under adverse conditions. She would be a bit small for a robust boxer. We have 2 at the shelter, and thay are very playful, they seem to stay puppies, always young at heart.

I wish I could have her but I live too far away. I hope you can find a good home for her. My aunts has cats and dogs. I will email her your info and the pitcure, she might be interested. How much is the adoption fee?

Those that adopt have to pay for their vaccinations, microchipping, castration/spaying. And because thats the only way we make any money to keep the shelter going, its around 80 pound. Not sure exactly as thats the clinics side of things. But you can phone them to find out, on 26935018.

Hi Unique Earthling

I nominate as 'Dog of the Week' the cute little three leg-ed dog with the trolley. Could you post a picture of him/her - I felt SO SAD when I saw this wonderful creature.
