Hi BFLB

You can bring it ion without payment of duty assuming: you have owned it for at least 6 months and Duty has been paid in an EU country.

You may run it on UK plates for up to 6 months (I think), registration is done 'real time'; you will need to get it MOTed, have a minimum of 3 months insurance, the V5 and (probably) your passport/Alien Card/Health Insurance/picture of your mother-in-law/copy of Exchange and Mart etc etc. Oh - and loads of money, depending upon the engine capacity.

My advice, use one of the lacal agents who will do this work for you!
