Hi,

Makedonitissa is in Engomi a suburb of Nicosia and it is west of the city, near Ayios Dometios. Only 7-8 minutes by car to the centre and no huge traffic jams! It is a newly developed area next to the old Nicosia airport and the UN headquarters, very nice, quiet, secure and neighbourly.
You did not mention how much is your budget, but if it is close to the advertised amount we can discuss.
