Where do I start? I think the word psycho sums him up perfectly.
One minute he is as nice as pie and in an instant he turns into a psycho.
He never gets anything done on time and if anything goes wrong it is always the employees fault - never his! (although most of the time he knows he is to blame, he never admits it).
He hasn't given me a payrise for two years, and sometimes his questions get a bit personal and leave me feeling uncomfortable.
He has made all the female employees who have been at the company at one time or another cry (even me)!!!
To give you a rough idea, in the ten years I have been here there has been an employee turnover of about thirty people, with only five employees here at any one time.
Basically he is a nutter!! But when you have to work, you have to work.

I had a loser boss like that, leaving was the best thing I ever did for my peace of mind, but remember that you are entitled to compensation if you have to leave because of his conduct to you. If you can prove it, that is.
That's EU law. He might change his tune if you dropped a gentle hint to that effect
