well i also hope they loose badly.

but i believe that if we find an act immoral , then that act should always be immoral i.e. cheries blair as the wife of the PM shouldnt take any cases.

the same can ofcource be said for tpap & co , anast. & co , rikkos & co etc etc ...

Lots of lawyers out of work dont you think?

I hope the GCs case gets torn to shreds and provides them with a nasty wake up call that the Cyprus problem cannot be solved by bringing individual cases to law courts, it has to be done via an agreed comprehensive solution. Thats what GC should concentrate on. Who shoud lthey be working with? us the TCs.

"Comprehensive solution" before 1st of May 2004 could include violation of human rights.
"Comprehensive solution" after 1st of May 2004 CANNOT include violation of human rights.

So even if 99 million people vote yes to a "comprehensive solution" that says I lose my property, I can still go to ECHR and get it back, hence trashing the "comprehensive agreement".

I mention this in case you still having illussions as to what a "comprehensive agreement" today can be.

Why wait? do it now and get your property back: Why sign an agreeöemt you do not intend to adhere to?? This is a reflection of your own mindset nothing else.

You can wait for another opportunity at a comprehensive solution one comes around every 30 years but the TCs & the TRNC will not.

If he was tried in the UK and if she was a Legal Aid defending Barrister, and if she was appointed... She'd HAVE to take the the case, and "proper" wouldn't come into it...

Now if my Granny had had bollocks, she'd have been my Grandad..
