500 pcm sounds a bit steep, i live in paphos and for what your offering i can get for 350 pcm and thats in the most expensive part of Paphos. Its a renters market now as selling is difficult because of all the developments and no buyers. so the most you will get is 350 or maybe at a push 400. Sorry to burst your bubble.. but its not just the Cypriots that are greedy..

You have not got a hope in hell of getting 500cyp a month for a 2 bed semi. That sort of money is for house with 4 beds swimming pool near the sea.

I think you better revise your pricing

I think they are selling the house for £120,000, just letting people know that you can buy and it is in a location where it can be rented out.

Hi hazza,

Maybe so but it is a bit misleading really. There is no way they will be able to rent it for 500cyp

Other houses on this estate are rented out here between 450 and 650cyp pcm so that is why we stated that it can be used to rent out for up to £500cyp pcm or up to £350cyp per week if used for holiday letting as we have already checked this out.

Cyprushouse for sale

Postby susanbunny » Tue Jul 18, 2006 11:22 am

I do long term rentals in Paphos and have done since 2003 and for a 2 bedroom townhouse you can get around £350 - £400 pounds no more pcm.
