junemichael,
Would you be interested if I include it in our company database? So we can also promote it through estate agent.
if yes pls write at [email protected] Sorry PM is desabled.

Sunnybunny and co,
You cannot obviously judge the Cyprus Market by Paphos standards. If it overcroweded over there in Limassol there is still a shortage of rental properties especially in tourist areas.

In American Dollars would be around 266,000.00.

You are all trying to tell us that we could not rent out this property for more than 350/400 pcm but you all live in Pafos, not in Limassol and not in the location we are in - we are not making this up, this is actually what many agents have told us and also like we said, on the same complex the other houses are being rented out between 450-650 pcm. We are actually selling the house anyway and just letting people be aware that it is in a sought after area and renting out could be an option if they bought the place. Every week people are coming to our door asking if we are renting or if we know of anyone else renting on the complex.

I live in a relatively expensive area in Limassol, within walking distance to the beach, and the house I rent has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a huge living room, fully fitted kitchen, a seperate dining room, and very big gardens with a privacy fence all around the property. The house is 5 years old, and I'm paying 400 per month. The house I'm living in is much bigger than the one in the picture you posted. 500 pounds per month for a two bedroom house is ridiculously expensive. It's no wonder some people don't want to buy or rent properties over here anymore! It's just getting out of hand, if you ask me. The rent and cost of property is just too high when considering the cost of living, and the very low wages.

Welcome to in joining the EU. The cost of housing and the standard of living to average GC will get worse as other EU state member sell and move to Cyprus, who are able to buy cheaper than the property they have sold in their own EU country, and with the rest of the money in the bank to live off, will put many Cypriots at a disadvantage, as long as the "slave wages" are tolerated, and worse, by importing "slave labour" from abroad. Good luck.!!

Doglover you are right.

But, considering... that you are living in the "BEST PLACE ON EARTH"

It is a small price to pay for such enjoyment.

There seem to be plenty to buy &/ot to rent. NO body will pay you more than the Brits for UK prices are top in EU. Always say ur charging £500 then charge £400 then next door never rents. Here seems lot of greed spread by the agents will tell you 600 until u phone will tell you the demand is down unless you reduce.
