I believe what your analysis is rubbish but I’ve to say what you have problem me about this issue. I’ve brought you some names now is your turn. Who says the above theories?
This is a big matter (if is true) this ridiculous percentage you have present can’t be true.
Christophias-Tsielepis have said what 90 000 people was going back under GC authority this is alone is a bigger percentage of properties from what you have said.
Who says that theories?
I hope not some Taliban.
And the other one theory about the BBF give me some links.
My analysis is rubbish???
Why is it rubbish? Where do you disagree from the facts that I gave you? Where do you see that I made a mistake?
Just because the houses in which half of the GC refugees used to live before 74 are returned in the areas under the control of the GC state, it doesn't mean that also half of their properties are returned. The entire Morfou town was returned, but only 50% of the properties of those people were. Varosha was returned, but all the GC inhabitants of Varosha had properties outside the town, in other areas of Famagusta district which were not returned.
As for the real estate values of those properties returned under the control of the GC state, did you look at the map? The value of one donum of land on the coast areas of Kyrenia, Karpasia, Famagusta, etc, (all the coastal areas which we weren't turned to the GC state) on he average is equal to the value of 10-15 donums of land in the areas that were turned to the GC sate and which included the plains between Nicosia and Morfou (kontemenos, ayios vasilios, Gerolakkos, skylloura, ayios ermolaos, sisysklipos, fylia, Massari, etc.) and part of the Mesaoria plains (Assia, lysi, Vatili, kontea, prastio, Achna, Tympou, etc.) The land in all those areas is only suitable for farming and growing wheat and barley, and their values are much less than areas suitable for tourism and real estate development such as the coastlines.
