New Negotiation Process

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby growuptcs » Fri Jul 14, 2006 7:48 pm

No it doesn't amount to recognition. It amounts to fraud, and the people that purchased already. Think about it, anyone can live in N.Cyprus except GC's that were there for thousands of years. Do you really think it can become legal without ROC's consent? Honestly. So your right we will have to negotiate, but easy with your way or the highway. I'm not saying I want things turned out just my way, but wheres the balance to your proposal? And wheres your risks?

Not really. The Orams are British citizens with a judgement against them. I am not sure Cherie Blair made the right decision taking the case as it has many political ties, but at the end of the day, she is not in court defending the TRNC she is in court defending the Orams-british citizens.

The British courts will decide based on European and International legalities. Should the courts find for the Orams , the RoC is committed to take the case to the European Court in an appeal move that could possibly damage the prospects of a United Cyprus .
Mrs Blair is an acute business woman who would defend Osama Bloody Ladin if the rewards were high enough. She has already successfully defended Un- British interests for no other reason than financial gain. She has on numerous occasions displayed her immense love and devotion to financial rewards . She is a brilliant Barrister but has very little common sense.
