I don’t like discussing with people when I tell them one thing and they understand another, and come back with all sorts of irrelevant or diversified questions. Occassionally I may reply to such posts assuming they are short, which is not the case with your post. A typical example is the above extract and the one below:

i dont believe that there is ever going to be a plan that will quarantee the return of all refuggees. i believe it is possible that most of the refuggees return i.e. sth better than AP5. and i believe that this is sth that its not of the first priorities of the tcs.
