hi Lana
sorry wrong person...
I didn't work there my daughter did, She accidently replied using my nick.
But actually all three of my girls worked there, the eldest for 2 years, she continuously cried every day that the managers were very hard to please.
The middle girl was there for over a year and they refused to even consider giving her even a small raise when her 1st years contract was over, she was so dissappointed, when she resigned they asked her to come in so that they could 'talk' but I advised to move on.
The little one worked there less than a month and they offered her more than her sisters, which I felt was rather unfair, advised her to leave too. All in new jobs earning considerably more, with more days off as well.
I grew up in a country where loyalty to your employers was a way of life, but they inturn took care of their employees. I have brought up my girls to be loyal and decent people, but sometimes that doesn't quite work to their advantage.
But as they saying goes as one door closes, another definately opens.
