this is the LAMEST forum i ever been to... Problem is not with people exploiting avatars, problem is with moderators.
Create a decent DOs and DONTs list and make people obey the rules. If someone puts a porno avatar, just ban that user, etc..

I believe that prevention is better than repression.

Avatars are not an important element for this forum and there is no reason why somebody would want his/her avatar to appear immediately without first being approved.
