yet again the media and the country relied on 1 player. there was too much hope and expectation on Rooney. Why? what did he do anyway? what about the other 10 guys in the team?? the USUAL england team are a bunch of over paid prima donnas. they should have had Lennon on from the start and tried out Theo Walcot. Why take him otherwise???

if the media and public stopped pandering to the players every whim, perhaps England could have a team to be proud of rather than a team of models and b list celebrities.
