East or West?

Opinions on which is the best Area's in Cyprus & why?
Personally I like the Paphos area Admittedly haven't spent that much time in the Larnaca area but visited Kiti, Zygi, Tresefanua, Mazatos, Pervola & Orikilini.
Didn't think much of Limassol to built up for me (sorry to the good people of Limassol).

IMHO I love the east side,perhaps cause I live that side
Its got a better airport, more flights, Good beaches. Not to far from anywhere. 36km Nicosia. 26 Agia Napa. etc etc. :wink:

The east always seems to have higher temperatures than the west. I agree about the airport, however, we fly from Manchester, and the flights there are almost all into Paphos. But, as our house is in Limassol district, that is ok for us.

At this time of year its got to be the Troodos Mountains. Ive got sunshine with a nice cooling breeze and hardly atourist in sight .....Bliss

The island is pretty much the same,east,west.........whateva!Small differences on water and beaches.

I prefer the East as the beaches are nicer and the scuba diving is better (Wreck of Zenobia at Larnaca)
